Martock Parish Council is looking for an Operations Manager to work full time (37 hours per week) to oversee the Operations Service. This is an exciting time to join the team as the council moves out into the future.
The Operations Manager will lead the Operations and Services Teams effectively, co-ordinate and ensure the efficient delivery of operations, including the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Council’s facilities and assets. These include The Market House, Pavilion, Parish Hall, open spaces, cemetery, contracts. The Operations Manager will also be expected develop projects in accordance with the Council’s priorities.
Hours of Work – As required Monday to Friday but must be prepared to work out of office hours in order to attend council meetings and undertake council business.
Salary – (SCP Range 26-27) £32,909-£33,820
