Planning Application for nine new dwellings, Land OS 8226 Off Dimmock’s Lane Bower Hinton Martock Somerset
A planning application has been submitted to South Somerset District Council for a development of nine new dwellings on land off of Dimmock’s Lane in Bower Hinton. This is a resubmission of an application made in December 2021 but subsequently withdrawn.
The proposal is for a new build development to provide a mix of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom houses.
The application will be considered at a meeting of the Martock Parish Council Planning Committee in the Parish Hall at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 8th March 2023.
Members of the public will be invited to attend and speak briefly at this meeting prior to the Planning Committee agreeing the MPC recommended response to be sent to Local Area Planning Authority (currently South Somerset District Council) who will make the formal decision on the application.
