A fun and friendly group for seniors who come together for companionship and to enjoy a varied programme of activities.

Thursdays 10.30am-1.30pm at Martock Parish Hall
Entertainment, light refreshments and lunch
Our group includes visiting speakers, musical groups, arts, crafts, seated games and much, much more!
A taste of our programme includes-
DJ Baz on his decks with requests of old favourites and the wonderful musical tones of Take Note’s singing ensemble. Baking and mocktail making, Greek dancing and mini-Olympics. Speakers sharing tales of adventures, hobbies and geographical travels. We’ve had visits from owls, donkeys and training guide dog puppies and upskilled in emergency first aid with the Red Cross…….
We welcome visitors who would like to share an experience, a hobby and interests with us, please contact Caroline
We also enjoy an annual group outing which brings great fun and adventure!
A locally made 2-course meal is available, booking a week in advance or if preferred you are welcome to bring your own packed lunch
